OFFER and PRICE LIST

We rent 6 suites 28m2 and 1 suite 45m2. All suits are air-conditioned, with beautiful view on the seaside. Garden with fireplace and playground for children are for common use. Parking place is available at the apartment building. ARRIVAL: from 2 to 4 / afternoon DEPARTURE: till 10 / morning

RESERVATION and PAYMENT

Suite rental can only be confirmed after receipt of 30 % advance payment made no later than 3 days after the arrival date has been agreed upon. Reservation will be confirmed in writing when advance payment is received.Advance payment is considered as guarantee for both parties. The remaining amount is to be paid before or on the day of arrival.
Any modification relating to a confirmed rental period is to be agreed only in advance.

and two single),* living room with standard kitchenette, sofa,TV (localchanels), DVD; * bathroom with shower;* balcony or terrace.
45m2 suite consists of a * bedroom with 3 beds; * living room
with 3beds,* kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven,two door
combided refrigerator; * bathroom with shower and washing machine; * terrace.
